This app is strictly a scheduling tool to help school families meet up at the course.
➕ Host a Session: Tap the floating blue button to schedule a new Tee Time or Range trip.
👋 Join/Leave: Tap the + Join box to grab an open spot. Tap your name later if you need to back out.
👥 Claiming Spots: The host can tap an open spot and hit CLAIM to reserve it for a friend outside of the app.
✏️ Edit/Delete: Tap on any session you created to edit the details. To delete it entirely, swipe left on the session card.
📣 Share: Tap the green Share icon inside an event to instantly copy a formatted message to your clipboard.
⚠️ Tee Times NOT Guaranteed: Clicking + Join claims a spot in this app, but does not mean the tee time is actually booked at the course! Look for the green checkmark (✓) on a spot—that means a reservation was officially made. If there's no checkmark, you must coordinate with the host.
⛳️ Pace of Play: Rounds of golf are complex. One parent can usually walk with 2 kids, but it's important that the golfer knows how to keep pace. We kindly suggest hosting a few rounds yourself first to gauge your young golfer's pace before joining others!
🏌️♂️ The Range: The driving range is a fantastic, low-pressure place for beginners to start, but still needs to be actively managed by a parent.
👀 Supervision: Don't leave your kids unattended unless you coordinate. Most likely both parents will need to stay the entire time. This is no babysitting time for other parents.
